“Helping communities to deliver projects locally is one of the fundamental reasons why I became a councillor, and playing my part in the process to deliver the playground in Childs Ercall was an absolute honour.
"This was a huge community effort by all, whether it was putting together applications for lottery funding and CIL Local, or simply helping to raise money, the residents of Childs Ercall should be very proud of their accomplishments.
"I am sure this much needed play area will bring smiles, laughter and plenty of enjoyment for years to come.”
